It is possible to attach your Rebanded Tuelz to email, so hosting isn't technically necessary, but you will probably want a decent web host. The ability to "ZIP" files - Whether you upload your rebranded Tuelz to a website, or you attach them to an email,you will need to know how to compress them, also called "zipping" so they will be easier to download. How to "FTP" so you can upload your Tuelz, so others can then download them. Follow-up using The Newz Tuel requires basic knowledge of RSS. Most blogs create RSS pheeds automatically.
